# Plans & Pricing

TMS ONE offers a range of subscription plans to suit teams of different sizes and needs. You can view available plans, compare features, and upgrade your subscription at any time.

***

## Who can do this?

Only **Client Admin** users can view and manage plans. QA users and Project Admins do not have access to billing or plan pages.

***

## Viewing available plans

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select **My Plans** from the dropdown menu.

This page displays all active plans alongside your current subscription, so you can compare options before making a change.

## Understanding the plans page

### Billing cycle toggle

Use the **Monthly / Yearly** toggle at the top of the page to switch between billing cycle views. Plans may have different pricing depending on which cycle you select.

### Plan cards

Each plan card shows:

| Detail        | Description                                   |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| **Plan name** | The tier name (e.g. Free, Essentials, Growth) |
| **Price** | Cost per billing cycle |
| **Features**  | A checklist of what's included in the plan    |
| **Status** | Whether this is your current plan |

Your active plan is highlighted with a blue border and labelled **Current Plan**.

### Trial periods

If your account is currently on a trial, the plan card will show a trial badge. You can upgrade from a trial at any time — your billing starts immediately on upgrade.

## Upgrading your plan

1. Find the plan you want to move to on the **My Plans** page.
2. Click the **Upgrade** button on that plan's card.
3. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete payment.
4. Once payment is confirmed, your new plan is activated immediately.

<Tip>
  Upgrade buttons are disabled for your current plan and for any inactive plans. If a plan shows no Upgrade button, it is either unavailable or already your active plan.
</Tip>

## Downgrading your plan

To move to a lower-tier plan, you first need to cancel your current subscription (see [Managing Your Subscription](/billing/managing-your-subscription)). Once your current plan reaches its end date, you can subscribe to any available plan — including a lower tier.

<Note>
  Your access to your current plan's features continues until the end of the paid billing period, even after you schedule a cancellation.
