The Subscription Details page gives you a full history of your plans, their current status, and the option to cancel an active subscription.

Who can do this?

Only Client Admin users can access subscription details and cancel plans.

Accessing subscription details

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Subscription Details from the dropdown menu.

Reading the subscription table

Your subscription history is displayed as a paginated table. Each row represents a subscription period and shows the following:

DurationHow many days the plan covers
User LimitThe number of users or access modules included

Cancelling a subscription

You can voluntarily cancel an active paid plan at any time. Cancellation is scheduled — your access is not removed immediately.

Steps to cancel

  1. On the Subscription Details page, find the row with an Active status.
  2. Click the Cancel Plan button on that row.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear:
“Are you sure you want to cancel your [Plan Name] plan? Your access continues until the end of the billing period.”
  4. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm, or Keep Plan to go back.
  5. Once confirmed, the subscription status changes to Cancelling and the end date shown is your last day of access.
Cancellation cannot be undone from within the app. If you cancel by mistake, contact support before your billing period ends.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your plan status changes to Cancelling immediately.
  • A tooltip on the status tag shows your exact last day of access.
  • You retain full access to all plan features until that end date.
  • After the end date, your account reverts to the free tier.
To switch to a lower-tier paid plan, cancel your current plan first, then subscribe to the new plan once your current period ends. See Plans & Pricing for available options.

Plans that cannot be cancelled

The Cancel Plan button is not shown in the following cases:
SituationReason
Plan is on the free tierFree plans have no billing to cancel
